Local elections will be held on Thursday May 3rd 2018 in Mole Valley and Reigate & Banstead.
Your Local Conservative candidates are:
BRIDGEN, Marion Reswinder
"I have lived in Ashtead for over 30 years, during this time I worked for a large multinational, having retired a number of years ago I now have the time to be able to put something back into our wonderful village".
ST JOHN, Linda Bryett
“I love and feel privileged to live in this area. Having lived here for 17 years, I have first-hand experience with some of the most important local issues that matter to you, the residents. Nork is an important and distinct part of our borough, and it deserves to have a strong and effective voice speaking up on its behalf."
“First and foremost, I am a local resident and will assist every resident, irrespective of how they voted, or if they voted at all. Being part of a wider political family means we can get things done on behalf of you.
There is no point being a lone voice on the side lines; a councillor needs to be influential on your behalf—a strong team of Conservative councillors who work with others to make a difference to our local community.
I am committed, enthusiastic, and eager to get things done. It's time for a change in Nork - please allow me the chance to make a difference."
CLARKE, Frances Jane
“I have been a local resident since the early 1990s. I’ve brought up two children, both born at Epsom Hospital.
I’ve recently retired from the Police Service as a Detective Superintendent after 31 years and want to make good use of the knowledge, skills and experience I’ve gained. Public service is ‘in my blood’.
During my time in the police, I’ve learnt to listen well and help people from all backgrounds, without fear or favour. I’ve have a successful record in reducing crime and antisocial behaviour, by working together with residents, communities and other public bodies.
If elected I would work for all the people of Tattenhams together with the other public bodies & Councillors alike.”
